We took a motorcycle ride to Gila Bend by way of Arlington and the old Gillespie Dam, so we stopped in to the Desert Rose and what a nice surprise. The owner was working that day, although he is involved in a number of other ventures too. This is a great little place, friendly owner and employees, nice, inviting & clean. There are a number of tables on the café side too. (NOT the dark, dingy, smelly out of the way place you often find). We will definitely stop there again, and probably have a bite, as well as cool off with a drink.
Good place to have a beer.
Loved that is a small town bar, people are friendly and full of veterans.
